How to claim
Email support@elavore.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on how you used it (for example, "once a night for 10 weeks"). Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What's covered

- One guarantee claim per customer.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@elavore.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
